How we hire
We back people, not résumés.
We're a small team building a tutor that has to earn a parent's trust and hold a child's attention. That leaves little room for org-chart roles, and a lot of room for people who take on hard, unglamorous work and do it well.
So we don't hire against a job description. We back people with a real body of work, who care about the learner on the other side of the screen, and who move with urgency, because the kids waiting on us don't get this school year back.

Bring a body of work
Show us what you've made, not where you've worked. It tells us more than a résumé.
Care about the learner
Every decision we make ends at a kid at a desk. If that person stays abstract to you, this won't be the right place.
Move with urgency
We ship, learn, and correct in days, not quarters. A school year is a hard deadline, and we treat it like one.
